Upchurch SW Facing Sauvignon Blanc 2022

From the Boushey Vineyard, the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Southwest Facing is fermented and aged in concrete egg on the lees for 18 months. It has lovely medium-bodied finesse and a tightness on the palate of structured power and tension. Floral aromatics hit up the palate, too, tasting of white flower and pear. Age 5-7 years.
