A blend of Muscat Ottonel, Viognier, and Ugni Blanc. Muscat comes from organic vineyards in Rincón del Cerro and Viog/Ugni come from sustainably managed vineyards in the Colorado area. Hand harvested (in February) and fermented separatly. Muscat (as with their other wines) goes into maceration with the skins for one week. The other two varieties are fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks. Wines are eventually blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero added SO2.
