When you add up 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc and 6% Malbec, you get full-bodied Bestia mode. The fruit hails from the trinity of Quintessence, Red Willow and Boushey. A burst of boysenberry is joined by aromas of jasmine, dark chocolate and bacon. A wall of black cherry fruit flavor is supported by an even bigger wall of imposing tannins.
