Egly Ouriet Les Premices

1/3 each of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Notes of lemon zest, and peaches, with some floral hints. These is a structured enough wine that it can be aged. This champagne features a very long finish with lovely notes of minerality.
