Barmann Siegerebbe Petillant Naturel 2023

Farmed at a site near their estate vineyard, these grapes were grown without sulfur in the vineyard or any hebicide, fungicide or fertigant. The fruit harvested by hand, was crushed & destemmed and cold soaked on the skins overnight. The 2023 Siegerrebe is unfined, unfiltered, sulfite free and finished fermenting in bottle to capture the slightest effervescence.
