St Angelus Sophia Grachetto 2023

Sophia is crafted from 100% Grechetto from their estate in Todi. It has a beautiful floral nose with peach and pear notes and minerality creating a crisp refreshing wine with enough acidity that it tastes great with food or can stand alone. Fermented in steel and finished for 45 days in new French oak.
