Sagebreaker White 2023

The 2023 White Wine is a co-fermented blend of 71% Viognier, 25% Roussanne and 4% Marsanne fermented and matured in concrete. It has pretty scents of lemongrass, kiwi and peach and nuances of beeswax and panna cotta. The medium-bodied palate offers concentrated, perfumed flavors delivered in a silky texture. It’s balanced by mouthwatering acidity, and it has a long, nuanced finish. 66 cases were made.
