Distillerie de Port-au-Prince, founded in 2018, brings beck to Haiti the production of a white rum made in a pot still Herbert Barbancourt Linge carries out the distillation in a Miller copper still. Providence Dunder & Syrup is produced from syrup and sugar cane juice according to time honoured method.
