"Manzanilla sherry is an uncommon cask finish; this one is exceptionally subtle and well judged. The nose offers clementine peel, creamy toffee, apple, lemon freshness, and light vanilla, with an herbal edge and a salty tang. Flavors of baked orange with zested lemon and lime, toffee, raspberry muffin, vanilla, peppery spice, and a finish of fresh herbs, crisp green apple, and some citrus acidity. (900 bottles)"
