Guardian Gun Metal 2021

A blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 40% Merlot, with a touch of 4% Petit Verdot, this vintage was sourced from Conner Lee Vineyard, in Columbia Valley, and James Vineyard, in the Wahluke Slope. Swirl and Sniff, to capture the aroma of tart cranberry, and grilled meats. The palate offers notes of deep plum, black olive, thyme, black cherry, and Nori Japanese seaweed. Gun Metal was aged 22 Months on 85% new French oak. With integrated tannins, lush fruit, and complex spices.
