Made by Scott Greer of Sheridan Vineyards, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon checks in as a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc that spent 24 months in half new and half once-filled French oak. Classic Cabernet Sauvignon, with gorgeous black currants, spice, cedar, tobacco and lead pencil aromas and flavors, it is a full-bodied, concentrated and laser-focused effort that has excellent acidity, massive tannin and a blockbuster finish...it's a knockout bottle of wine that will deliver the goods for 15 years or more.
