Damsel Boushey Grenache 2020

This 100% Grenache is a juicy, medium bodied wine where fruit and earth both swiped right and found the symbiotic balance they have been longing for. The lifted aromatics explode with strawberry-rhubarb pie, wild huckleberry and black cherries, which are perfectly balanced with the savory notes of candied bacon, grilled vegetables and dried sage. The fruit hails from a single site in the Yakima Valley, and its clearly the star of the show here where thoughtful winemaking was used to highlight the purity of fruit. Plush, soft tannins coat the palate that is shortly followed with juicy acidity.
