Caruso & Minini Arancino 2023

This is an organic wine made from Cataratto and a touch of Inzolia. It macerates on the skin for 20 days before undergoing fermentation with native yeasts and a period of aging on the lees. The result is a super textural, orange-scented beauty with notes of yellow fruit and flowers, typical of Cataratto
