Petite Sirah
a Rhone styled variety of somewhat unknown heritage, Petite Sirah is anything but petite in nature. Although the vines in Washington State are not as old as those in California or Australia (Durif), they still produce nearly black wines with powerful notes and deep berry flavors. Sometimes blended with Zinfandel in California, it is more often blended with Syrah in the Columbia Valley
