Wandering Wolf Grenache 2018

Lighter style of red, similar in form to Pinot Noir, yet uniquely flavored and nuanced. This Grenache underwent extended maceration maceration post-fermentation to extract color, tannin, and varietal complexity, and was aged in neutral oak to showcase the fruit. Aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and subtle apricot are interlaced with notes of gravel, clove, and petrichor. The palate offers added complexity, with hints of spice, earth, licorice, cinnamon, tobacco, and vanilla.
