Tasting Notes

"I rarely mention color anymore, but the cool color of this wine jumps right out at me with its black ruby hues. The nose is so deep and dark, and screams of wild dark brambly fruits, toasted oak spice, clove, vanilla, and lilac. Though it is very youthful this is a complete wine. All the dark fruit, spice, and powerful elegance from the nose follows us into a palate that is expansive and broad. Enjoy over the next 20+ years" - Chris Upchurch
