PICK UP LOCATION: Please come to our front door and we will greet you.
WHEN TO PICK UP:
Please email or call us at least 2 hours in advance so we have time you to prepare your order for pickup.
Please include the day you wish to come by for pickup. Email orders with HOLD for future pickup will be prepared and stored in our back storage area and may take longer to pull your order if we don't know you are coming.
Orders placed after 1pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays will be ready for pickup during our next pickup day.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
We'll keep an eye on the front door and greet you, please do not come in as we are still not open for customers in store. Thank you.
We will bring your order to the door and set it on the table, please allow a safe 6-foot distance to our staff.
IF YOU MISS THE PICKUP WINDOW: Or, choose not to pickup on the day you ordered. No problem! You are welcome to pick up during our next pickup day. Orders not picked up are stored safely at our store.
PARKING: There is lots of it.
CAR DELIVERY: If you are not comfortable coming to our front door for pick up, please pull up by our front door, we'll greet you and bring your order to your car. We are happy to coordinate running things out to your vehicle.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
If you live in Anacortes we have a local courier out making deliveries a couple times a day. Just select LOCAL DELIVERY at checkout. The cost is $10. THIS OPTION IS AWESOME! Generally if we receive your order by 2pm, we can get it to you the same day.

Order Deadlines: Same Day orders placed after 2pm Monday - Friday will ship the following business day. Same Day orders placed after 2pm Friday will ship Monday.
Next Day Service in WA. We ship UPS ground in Washington, orders placed by 2pm generallywill ship the same day and you will be receive your order the next business day.
Shipping West Coast - We ship ground in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, parts of Idaho and Montana. Orders placed by 12pm generally you will ship out the same day, and can take 3-4 business days to arrive. PLEASE NOTE, SOMEONE 21 YEARS OLD MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN AND RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY. Shipping the rest of the country - We ship to most states with a 3rd party wine shipping company. IT TAKES LONGER! We get lots of emails about this. Your order is consolidated and shipped in climate controlled trucks across the country before being handed off to a local courier for delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number and once your order is handed off for final delivery it will become a live link and you can track your order. Depending on when you place your order it could take as long as 3-4 weeks to arrive. PLEASE NOTE, SOMEONE 21 YEARS OLD MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN AND RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY. Order Deadlines – orders received after 2pm PST Monday thru Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day. All orders received after 2pm PST Friday will ship the following Monday.
Shipping Cost – Through June 30th, 2020 all case order under $400 after case discount will ship for $10. Orders up to a case over $400, ship GROUND free.
Shipping Options – Only applicable shipping options will be displayed based on destination zip code, day of the week, time of day, and contents of shopping cart.
CAN’T FIND WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR?
Our entire "IN STOCK" store inventory is available to view online. However, in many cases we could be temporarily out of stock of a specific item, which means it won't show up online. Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org let us know what you are looking for and we'll see if we can order it for you. Once we know we can get the item and when we'll have it available, we'll call for payment.
Viewed shipping costs are close estimates based on package weight/dimensions. Final shipping cost is determined from negotiated UPS rates based on the aforementioned factors when we package your order. Its difficult to estimate online if you order 3 magnums and 12 750ml bottles what that will cost. We pack as efficiently as possible to keep costs down.
100% of our packaging material is recyclable or compostable! May of our customers drop off their used shipping boxes and if they are in good shape, we reuse them.
For orders in WA and the West Coast, when we finish packing your order and print a shipping label, you will receive an email including your tracking number, often not live for a few hours until its picked up. For orders going to the rest of the country you will recieve an email with tracking information, however the tracking number won't be live until your order is handed off to the local courier for the 'final mile'.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE IN TRANSIT?
All items are shipped from our store in Anacortes, WA. All packages shipped Monday-Friday within Washington, to Northwest Oregon or to the panhandle of Idaho ship ground and arrive the next day. For orders going to the rest of the country it will take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Our wine shipper keeps your wine safe from heat or cold. In cases of extreme temperatures, they may hold deliveries until its safe to deliver without damage to your order. If you want us to hold your package until temperatures are safe in your area, just let us know in the notes section at checkout. We'll store it for no charge until you are ready to have us ship it.
We guarantee all of our wines, and if for any reason you or the recipient have a flawed or damaged bottle, please call us at (360) 293-6500 or email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to find out the nature of the problem and work quickly to resolve it. Please keep ALL 'spoiled wines'. If there is an issue with your order, please hold on to everything you receive. An order number or specific product information can be helpful in finding the source of the problem.
