A very special gin made with handpicked Salish Juniper. This unusual gin is made with distilled cider (not a neutral grain spirit, like most gin) and typical gin botanicals. It has unusual foraged San Juan Island botanicals: Lavender, Madrone Bark, Blackberries, Wild Rose Hips (flowers in June).

While I have been a staunch advocate of this distillery for several years (there isn't a marginal gin in their lineup) this particular limited season run is a welcome addition to your bar stock. It is also a particularly lovely gift for any of the gin fans in you circle. -TJM
