From the Leask family’s Hillenvale vineyard at Kangarilla, on the border of the Adelaide Hills, at 340m elevation, with high rainfall, certified sustainable. With a splash from the Petrucci vineyard. Approx 60% whole bunch, across a few small open fermenters, before being pressed to neutral French oak barrels for 3 months only. Light, perfumed, crushed morello cherry and raspberry compote, with a fresh, dry finish. Unfined unfiltered.
