Habitation Velier Monymusk MMW Single Cask Jamaica Rum No.960 High Proof 2015

Monymusk MMW is the acronym for Monymusk Wedderburn and is one of their three marks made with a longer fermentation period which results in a medium ester content of 250 - 300 grams of esters per hectoliter of pure alcohol (h/lpa). Distilled from fermented molasses in 2015 at the Clarendon/Monymusk distillery, these two casks - No. 818 & No. 960 - were aged for 7 tropical years at the distillery and bottled at cask strength of 59% and 60.5% abv respectively with no dilution, chill filtration or adulteration.
