Classic old school Cabernet nose of strawberry, minerals, olives. Utterly precise palate of bright red fruit framed in minerals and acidity. Deep, pure, intense, structured. Not an ounce of body fat on this wine – it’s all steel and sinew wrapped in satin. Tannins are firm but not overpowering, and the overall structure clearly hints at a long, graceful evolution in bottle.
