Juicy, tart organic Trentino Apples and organic Modena grape must are combined to create this balanced, yet luscious “agrodolce” vinegar. Drizzle to finish grilled pork chops or roasted beets. Adds zest to fresh fruit and spinach salads. Blends beautifully with olive oils, but is best when paired with a fruity extra virgin olive oil from southern Italy.
