Orcas Island Distillery - Single Malt - Washington State
Farmers in the Skagit Valley grow the organic grains that form the basis of the Single Malt Whiskey and Genever Gins. The barley is painstakingly malted, fermented and then distilled in very small batches in our potstills. The aged spirits begin in new American oak and are finished in rye whiskey or cognac barrels.
