Badia Coltibuono Vin Santo 2013



The bunches of Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes destined specifically for the production of the Vin Santo grow in a specially planted vineyard. They are then carefully selected and left to dry in well-ventilated rooms. Fermentation and aging take place in small oak casks, which are sealed and kept exposed to the seasonal variations in temperature for four years.
