Boomsma Clae Cloosterbitter

This bitter from holland is a fantastic blend of gentian root, juniper berry, clover leaf, mint, dandelion, anise, fennel, blessed thistle and more local herbs. It has a sweeter finish than many botters, but the complexity makes this a very unique and delicious bitter.
